This 1973 Datsun 510 underwent significant cosmetic updates to make it track friendly.
Nick and his team widened the rear quarters allowing for wider wheels massaging the
metal for a seamless integration with the door and rear fascia. The front fenders were
also widened and incorporated brake vents into their rear structural supports.
A new one-off front fascia was created with custom woven mesh grill inserts. The rear
fascia was redesigned to eliminate the bumper and incorporate flush fitting tail lights .
The hood was made to flip forward by reconfiguring the hinges and adding gas lift
cylinders.
Since the original interior was missing, a new custom dash was crafted along with
interior door and rear quarter cosmetic panels.
